Dear Friends,
  Writing this letter of “Thanks” gives us a great deal of pleasure.  The 2011 Rowell Ranch Jr. Rodeo was a huge success, with 505 entries, not counting the  87 peewee entries  This would make for a long two days of Rodeo were it not for the more than thirty five to forty volunteers who helped produce this event.  We experienced no real problems both days and every one seemed intent on working together, which made this years Rodeo a real “winner”.
  The real winners, however, were the contestants themselves.  We were able to pay back 100% of the bull riding event and 70% with no stock charges or NCJRA fees deducted from any event with ten or less entries.  We also gave out two $300.00 Scholarship certificates, one each to the All-around Sr. Cowgirl & Sr. Cowboy. 
  Without the support of people like you, none of this would have been possible. With your continued support we are able to produce a quality youth event that helps to inspire hard work, commitment, fair play, values and sound ethics in our young people today.
